Good riding skills: you need to lead a group with different riding levels so you need a good, fast and safe riding stile in all conditions.
Experience leading motorcycle groups (and generally riding in group).
A deep knowledge of Tuscany: not only the main cities, but all the towns we visit, the best roads, the speed cameras, etc.
MultiLanguage: English and Italian are a must, other languages like Spanish or French are a plus.
Living in Florence or nearby as ou tours start from Florence.
